Returns Policy Term & Conditions

We offer a 14-day return policy on our *sold from stock* shoes only.

All products that are being returned must be returned in either the original packaging it comes in or a similar rigid carton that must be in specific measurements for 2nd class signed for *Small Parcel* criteria as found at Royal Mail Post Offices

The shoes must be tried on a clean surface, preferably on a piece of white paper to avoid any marks on the sole of the suede soles and also with feet covered with disposable stocks before they are tried on.  They need to be returned to us in the exact same condition they left our facilities.

Custom Shoes

Shoes ordered using our Custom Shoe service according to the Trading Standards will not be refunded.  

When ordering a custom pair of shoes, please be aware, if they are the wrong fitting we will only be able to accept return

once per order.

If you are unsure about sizing on our custom shoes, we do offer a Size Guide to help you.

Alternatively, we are able to send a trial pair of shoes for size. Please contact us for more details about this service. 

They may not be the *exact* shoe you have chosen but they will give us a size guide for your custom shoes.

In Stock Shoes

With our in-stock products, we offer an exchange only policy. However, if shoes are faulty,m  after inspection by Watkins dance shoes we offer either a refund or exchange if the shoes are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please be aware, on every shoe that we send out both in stock and custom made, we do take photographic evidence before packaging and delivery.  This is the condition we expect them to be returned to us 

Watkins  Dance Shoes shall be under no liability in respect to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, customer negligence wilful damage. Watkins Dance Shoes shall be under no liability as to the quality of the good beyond the occasion of their first use.  Watkins Dance Shoes do not guarantee their products to the fitness for the purpose intended by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for their own purpose. The soles of the shoes are designed to be worn indoors only, They are not suitable for outdoor use.

Dance shoes are meant to be flexible and by the mear nature, they are not as robust as outdoor shoes, trainers or sport shoes and should be treated differently.
