Can I order a custom pair of shoes

Yes you can. However, this would be at a custom price and customers would need to use the contact us section to discuss this further.

Can i get a hard wearing resin sole put on my shoes?

Yes you can. However, this would be on our custom-order shoes at a premium price and via contact us.

Is there some options i cant have when customising?

On all of our selection of materials we can offer nearly everything together. However, we cant make the whole shoe out of the mesh materials. 

Do we offer sponsorship to competitors, dance schools or events?

Yes we do. However, we only have a certain about of sponsorship per calendar year. If  you would like some more information about being sponsored, please send us an email and why you should be selected to be sponsored by Watkins Dance Shoes.

Can we offer bulk purchase discounts?

Yes we can. All you would need to do is contact us via email or social media and we would be able to give you a price for you.

Dance school / Teacher discount

We can offer discounted prices for members of dance schools or dance teachers. There is a minimum quantity on this. All prices are available on request. 

Can we ship outside the UK?

Yes we can. However, please ask us for shipping costs before placing an order. If the shipping address is outside of the UK then the customer will be charged the outstanding balance for the shipping cost.

RETURNS POLICY

Customers are able to return the products within 14 days from the day they have arrived to you. However, the products have to be in an unworn condition without any marks or damage. 

Customers are able to get a full refund on their products within the 14 day policy.

Customers would need to return the products back in the same box as it has been sent in otherwise it would be at the cost of the customer to replace the box.
